I called this branch of State Farm, which is where I've had my insurance through for the past 5 years. I recently found a cheaper option for myself and my situation and dreaded making the call to cancel my auto insurance because I didn't want the hard sell to try and stay with them. I had the wonderful pleasure of dealing with Nathan who handled everything I needed. He promptly and without any hoops or headaches cancelled my policy and even handled my change of address for my renters insurance that I threw at him in the middle of the cancellation. He made sure that everything was handled properly and even gave me a call back the next day to finalize everything since I had called so late initially. He was nothing but professional, kind, and everything I will miss from State Farm. If I had the budget to, I would have stayed with this policy after having dealt with Nathan.
