Bob and the rest of the office staff, Robyn and Lisa, are absolutely amazing! They all go above and beyond to make sure that all of your insurance needs are taken care of and in a very timely manner. I called this branch of State Farm, which is where I've had my insurance through for the past 5 years. I recently found a cheaper option for myself and my situation and dreaded making the call to cancel my auto insurance because I didn't want the hard sell to try and stay with them. I had the wonderful pleasure of dealing with Nathan who handled everything I needed. He promptly and without any hoops or headaches cancelled my policy and even handled my change of address for my renters insurance that I threw at him in the middle of the cancellation. He made sure that everything was handled properly and even gave me a call back the next day to finalize everything since I had called so late initially. He was nothing but professional, kind, and everything I will miss from State Farm. If I had the budget to, I would have stayed with this policy after having dealt with Nathan.
